Throughout our generations we’ve been afforded the opportunity to work on many high profile projects in the region. Many of them technically demanding, others requiring challenging project schedules. We wanted to take the time to feature several of them and recognize the collective team efforts of the contractor, engineer and owner. One of our greatest strengths as a material supplier is to work with architects and engineers early in a project design to ensure good specifications are drafted and proper mixes are selected based on both cost and performance. From the specification phase we move into the design and research portion of our work and begin to develop comprehensive mix packages for the project. This is a critical step as we evaluate not only performance but the practical aspects of placement method for the contractor. Finally we pull everything into production with coordination from the contractor. Successful projects are truly a team effort and we’ve been fortunate to work with some of the best contractors in the industry.
