The Bryan Materials Group Research and Development Center is located on Neville Island. The facility ensures that all products supplied by the associated companies are of the highest quality. The research center also services many of the customers that purchase concrete and construction aggregates from the different companies.

Along with quality assurance, the research center is constantly testing and developing new products for the construction industry including innovative technologies and green building materials. The research center studies the properties of concrete and aggregate to help better understand and implement the products we produce. Many of the projects that are supplied by Frank Bryan Inc. require extensive testing to provide project engineers and architects with the required performance information.
